Return & Replacement Policy

At Big Giant T Tees, every item is made to order just for you. Because of the custom nature of our products, all sales are final. Please double-check our size chart (found on every product page) before placing your order to ensure the right fit.

Once an order is submitted, we begin processing it right away. For that reason, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations after checkout. If you do need to make an adjustment, please contact us immediately at bgt@biggiantttees.com — if production hasn’t started, we’ll do our best to help.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a product that is defective, damaged, or not what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. 

Our team will review your claim and reply with next steps.
Approved claims are replaced at no cost to you.
If a return is required due to our error, we cover all return-shipping costs.

We typically resolve replacement requests within 3–5 business days after receiving the required information.


Final Notes

- Returns for size, style, or change of mind are not accepted

- Shipping fees are non-refundable

- Unauthorized returns will be refused and sent back to the sender

- Replacements are issued only after our support team approves the claim
