Order Processing
Most orders are printed and shipped within 2–7 business days. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order leaves the facility.
Production times may increase slightly during holidays or peak demand periods.
Delivery time = Processing time + Shipping time
Shipping Origins
All U.S. and Canadian orders are produced and shipped from fulfillment centers within the United States to ensure quality and reliable service.
Estimated Delivery Times
United States
Standard Shipping: 5–8 business days (after production)
Canada
Standard Shipping: 10–30 business days (after production)
Customs processing may extend delivery times.
Major carriers include USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL.
Big Giant T Tees does not guarantee delivery dates.
International Orders & Customs
For Canadian shipments, duties and taxes are determined by your local customs agency. These fees:
- Are not included in the order total
- Are the responsibility of the recipient
- May be collected at delivery

Shipping Costs
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on:
- Delivery address
- Number of items in your order
- Weight and fulfillment location
All shipping costs are displayed before completing your purchase.
Shipping fees are non-refundable once the order has shipped.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
We are not responsible for:
- Delays due to incorrect or incomplete addresses
- Lost packages caused by carrier mistakes or items marked as delivered
If a shipment is returned due to address issues, reshipment costs will be the customer’s responsibility.
Delays & Exceptions
We do our best to meet delivery estimates, but cannot guarantee exact dates due to factors outside our control, including:
- Severe weather
- Carrier delays
- Customs holds
- Peak seasonal volume
Returns Related to Shipping
If a return or replacement is required due to our error (defect, wrong item, misprint), we cover return shipping costs.
If a return is required for any other reason, the customer is responsible for return shipping.
